How does help you to stay in control? offers several options/tools to help you stay in control, such as:

Control your spending by using our deposit limit tool! You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Any decrease to your deposit limit will be implemented straight away. However, any request to increase your limit will undergo a 24-hour cooling off period, to give you some time to review your decision, in case you change your mind.

Head to: My Account > Account Details > Deposit Limits > Choose amount limit and click on Save. Or click HERE.

Control the amount of time you spend playing by receiving an alert when you hit the time limit you have set. This “Reality Check” reminder will enable you to make a more informed decision on your next step.

Head to: My Account > Account Details > Games Reality Check > Selected your time period and click on Save. Or click HERE.

Feel like you’re in control of your gambling, but want to take a short break? Then call for a time-out. Choose a time ranging between 24hrs, 1 week or 1 month and you won’t be able to log into your account nor play until your selected time period is over.

Head to: My Account > Account Details > Account Status > Select Temporary Suspension > Choose your break time and click on Save. Or click HERE.

If you think your gambling is getting out of control, we recommend self-exclusion. This option allows you to exclude yourself from our services for a period ranging from 6 months to 5 years or indefinitely. We’ll process your request immediately and send you confirmation within 24h. Once your account is self-excluded, your account shall be suspended for a minimum period of 6 month following the Irish National Excise Licence Office requirements. During the selected period, you won’t have access to your account, won’t be able to play nor carry out any transactions and you will be removed from our marketing databases. Any request to Self-Exclude or extend your current Self-Exclusion can be made by contacting our Customer Experience Team HERE.

Head to: My Account > Account Details > Account Status > Select Self-Exclusion > Choose the time and click on Save. Or click HERE.

If you wish to remove your Self-Exclusion once your chosen time/period has ended, just reach out to our Customer Experience Team HERE.
